Masterpurses are inspired by my love of fine art and my desire to translate the moods, colors and themes of masterworks of art into everyday life, making fine art accessible.

Each Masterpurse is based upon a historically significant work of art. Some are very recognizable and well known. Others are perhaps a bit more obscure but "very" beautiful in their own way - sometimes for what they mean, sometimes for the colors they use and sometimes for the pure craft they reflect.

The idea behind Masterpurses is to expand the presence of fine art in our everyday life.

As I see it, everyone should own a Masterpiece or at least a Masterpurse.
